How do I return my item(s)?

  • 1. Login to account

    Click on the link below to login to your account.

  • 2. Request return

    Request your return by clicking on the "request return" button in the right top corner.

  • 3. Ship

    You can do this at a drop-off point near you. This will be further explained on your return label.

  • 4. Refund

    After receiving it in our warehouse, the amount will be refunded within a few working days.

RETURN POLICY

  1. You are responsible for your return shipment. You can insure your package for €1.99.
  2. Keep the item in its original packaging.
  3. Keep all labels and tags attached to the item.
  4. Place the item in a box or sturdy packaging.
  5. Place the return label you receive in the return portal clearly visible on the box.
  6. Ensure the item looks as you received it, with no signs of use or hair on it.
